Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Why did my SRD say approved but have no pay date?Toggle answer
An approved status without a pay date means your banking details or identity verification are still being processed with the commercial banks or Home Affairs. Once verified, a specific pay day will reflect.
Can I change my SRD payment method to my personal bank account?Toggle answer
Yes, on srd.sassa.gov.za. The bank account must be registered in your own name and ID number; SASSA will reject payments to third-party bank accounts.
